  • The audio files are around 15-20 minutes long and the writing may take you up to 30 minutes each time, so in total, the whole course may take you around 5 hours.

  • Absolutely not! The idea is that you complete it at a time that is convenient to you. The only ‘live’ element is if you choose to book a call with me but that will be at a mutually convenient time.
